What if we go beyond the time contracted? We charge for overages in quarter hour increments, so that you don't pay for time you don't use.
Can I smoke on the bus? Our vehicles are non smoking to preserve the interior freshness to accommodate everyone. You are allowed smoke breaks when you want them.
Can children come onto the buses with us? They are more than welcomed to come along with you. If there are those who are under 21 years old, there cannot be any alcohol on the buses.
What kind of condition can we leave the bus in? We would ask that customers return the vehicle in the same condition that is was presented to them in.
Should I tip my driver? Your hourly rate includes renting the bus, taxes and fees, and a minimum tip for the drivers. You are not required to tip more but if you wish to, it would be appreciated.
Can I cancel the reservation? Once you have made your reservation and paid a down deposit you will be required to pay for the service whether you use it or not.
Do alcoholic beverages come with a rental? We do not provide alcoholic beverages.
Is food allowed on the bus? As long as its no mess food, you may eat it on the bus.
Can we drink alcoholic beverages on the bus? Vehicles that display a valid MDOT sticker allow passengers to consume alcoholic beverages legally inside behind the vehicles standee line.
How do I get something back that I left on the bus? All our buses are inspected before and after every trip and we make sure to keep any valuables safe until you call us and claim them.
Are you properly insured? We have all the required insurance and paperwork. If you would like to see the copies of our paperwork, just let us know!
Are there any additional hidden fees? Nope, our prices are completely transparent and have no additional hidden fees. There's nothing we have to hide from you.
May we see the buses beforehand? Of course! We encourage you to come to our garage and personally pick the bus you will be using for your trip!
Do you require a security deposit? Yes, vehicles can only be reserved by a down payment at the time of booking.
What are your hours? We operate 24/7 365 days a year.
Do you operate outside of Michigan? Right now we only travel in Michigan.
